Eric C. Holmberg
Eric Holmberg joined Robie & Matthai in November, 2011, after a year of practicing in Washington, D.C. with a firm which focused on real estate matters, including litigation. Eric has reviewed commercial loan documents, drafted corporate and loan documents necessary for commercial loans, and handled the closing of multi-million dollar commercial transactions. Eric has also drafted estate documents, foreclosure documents and DC regulatory compliance documents for his clients.
Eric's experience as a law clerk in Maryland included tax and trademark cases, preparation of filings with the USPTO, and litigation including tort, contract and internet law.
